ICS AND TABLETOP TRAINING

Recently, Hospital Besut conducted an Incident Command System and tabletop training for its staff to enhance basic disaster management skills. This training has proven to be invaluable, equipping the team with the necessary tools to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Led by Dr. Zaki from HPRZ, Kuala Terengganu, the course emphasized the importance of inter-agency collaboration in disaster response. By fostering strong relationships between different organizations, the training not only improved individual competencies but also encouraged a collective approach to managing crises.

Enhanced communication and teamwork between agencies will ensure a swift and effective response during disasters, ultimately safeguarding the well-being of the community. Staff members left the training feeling more confident and prepared, ready to work together to tackle future challenges.
